Al Muhandes HR Consultancy is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to help maintain a hygienic and orderly environment at our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and overall maintenance of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and communal areas

• Empty trash bins and replace liners

• Wipe down tables, windows, and shelves

Sanitization & Hygiene:

• Use appropriate disinfectants and cleaning products

• Ensure cleaning supplies are properly stored and maintained

• Follow safety protocols to prevent contamination and hazards

Stock & Equipment Management:

• Monitor and refill hygiene supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.)

• Report any maintenance or repair needs

• Properly operate and maintain cleaning equipment

Additional Duties:

• Assist with special cleaning projects when required

• Follow all company cleaning and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Education: No formal education required

• Experience: Prior cleaning/housekeeping experience is preferred

• Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to follow instructions

  • Good time management

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Other:

  • Physically fit for cleaning tasks (lifting, standing, bending)

  • Willing to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings)
