Job Summary:
Arcadia Global School is looking to hire a Classroom Coach (Arabic & English Speaking) to start in August 2025. The selected candidate will support classroom teachers in delivering an excellent educational experience by assisting in classroom management, lesson preparation, and student supervision. This role requires fluency in Arabic and English and a passion for supporting young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in the daily management and smooth running of classes.

• Prepare lesson materials and set up classroom equipment as required.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment.

• Supervise students during activities and ensure their safety and wellbeing.

• Professionally communicate with parents when needed.

• Work collaboratively with the teaching and support teams to enhance student learning.

• Provide additional student support as directed by the teacher.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum: Completion of Secondary Education.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar classroom or student support role.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their best.

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Capable of multitasking and working under pressure during peak school hours.
