Responsibilities:

• Provide support for individual pupils or groups to ensure participation in classroom and school activities.

• Assist in implementing individual education programs and monitor progress.

• Support students with additional needs, including emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Maintain pupil records and assist with classroom displays.

• Help teachers with photocopying, preparation, and organizational tasks.

• Supervise pupils in classrooms and during activities, ensuring safety and well-being.

• Reinforce positive behavior, promote self-esteem, and manage discipline in line with school policy.

• Collaborate with professionals such as speech and occupational therapists when required.

• Attend team meetings, contribute to school policies, and uphold standards of punctuality, dress, and attendance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum secondary school certificate.

• English language skills or the language of instruction used in the school curriculum.

• At least 2 years of relevant school-based experience.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Commitment to student development and support.
