Aldar Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Classroom Assistant (UAE National) to join Al Rayana Charter School in Abu Dhabi for an immediate start. Al Rayana is an American curriculum, mixed-gender primary school located in a state-of-the-art facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom and extracurricular support for individual students or groups.

• Assist with students’ social, emotional, and physical well-being.

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individual education programs.

• Help pupils with behavioral and social skills development.

• Assist teachers in maintaining accurate pupil records.

• Prepare and display students’ work in classrooms.

• Provide support in administrative tasks such as photocopying and organizing materials.

• Supervise students during lessons and non-classroom activities.

• Support health and safety requirements and school policies.

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to meet students’ needs.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Academic support background or relevant training in education preferred.

• Ability to provide group and individual instruction under teacher guidance.

• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to supervise pupils effectively and keep them on task.

• Proactive and organized with attention to detail.

• Ability to reinforce positive behavior and follow school-wide discipline policies.

• UAE National (mandatory).
