Allianz Partners is seeking a Claims Operations Manager to lead and manage a large, multicultural claims team across the Gulf region (UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait). This hybrid, full-time role focuses on operational leadership, driving high performance, and implementing continuous process improvements. The role requires experience in managing large teams, healthcare or insurance operations, and change management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a large claims team to meet and exceed SLAs and targets.

• Oversee workload forecasts, productivity monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Drive operational efficiency, continuous transformation, and process improvements.

• Ensure providers’ reconciliations, financial clearances, and accurate reporting.

• Coach managers and team leaders, promoting a high-performance culture.

• Support change initiatives with minimal operational disruption.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years experience managing large teams.

• 10 years in healthcare management or relevant third-level qualification.

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage business change and work effectively under pressure.

• Fluent in English; highly organized, results-driven, and customer-focused.

• Valid work permit to work full-time in the UAE.
