Lead Road Construction Projects Across Dubai with Colas Middle East

We are hiring a Civil Roadworks General Foreman to oversee major road and infrastructure projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership, deep technical knowledge, and strong organizational skills to ensure high-quality execution on-site. If you have proven experience managing roadworks crews and delivering civil infrastructure efficiently and safely, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of roadworks crews on construction sites.

• Ensure work is executed in line with design specifications, safety standards, and municipal regulations.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to monitor progress and resolve challenges.

• Optimize resource usage (manpower, materials, and equipment) to improve productivity.

• Proactively identify project delays and implement corrective actions.

• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards.

• Maintain accurate daily records including progress reports, safety incidents, and material usage.

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development on site.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in General Foreman roles on road and infrastructure projects in Dubai.

• Strong experience managing site operations, roadworks activities, and labor teams.

• Degree holder in a relevant field preferred.

• Fluent in English and Hindi.

• Confident leader with excellent interpersonal and site management skills.

• Deep knowledge of road construction techniques and safety protocols.
