Colas Middle East is seeking a Civil Roadworks Foreman to manage and supervise site operations for major infrastructure projects across Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled foreman with hands-on experience in roadworks and municipal projects to take ownership of field activities, enforce safety standards, and ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily road construction activities on-site.

• Ensure adherence to project specifications, DEWA, RTA, and Dubai Municipality standards.

• Monitor project progress and report daily updates to project managers.

• Guide and train crew members to improve performance and workmanship.

• Allocate resources efficiently to achieve project timelines and cost targets.

• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues and defects.

• Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to streamline operations.

• Maintain records of work progress, workforce deployment, and material consumption.

• Enforce health and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or Assistant Foreman in Dubai infrastructure projects.

• Prior work with DEWA, RTA, or Dubai Municipality projects is essential.

• At least a Higher Secondary education; diploma or technical certification is an advantage.

• Proficient in English and Hindi.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a site crew independently.

• Knowledge of roadwork methods, materials, equipment, and safety protocols.
