Job Title: Civil Project Engineer – Construction & Site Operations

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Civil Project Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities with precision and professionalism. This role involves planning, execution, and optimization of engineering projects while ensuring cost-efficiency, safety compliance, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the construction industry, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to coordinate resources and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement structured project plans to align activities and resources for maximum efficiency.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate on-ground challenges, assess progress, and propose technical improvements.

• Analyze requirements for materials, labor, and associated costs to support smooth project execution.

• Schedule the procurement and delivery of resources to meet critical project deadlines.

• Ensure all construction activities strictly adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.

• Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to align engineering goals with broader business objectives.

• Prepare and maintain accurate, detailed project documentation and reports.

Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 8,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or higher diploma

• 2–3 years of experience in the Civil/Construction field

• Proven ability to solve complex engineering problems with innovative solutions

• Strong project management, reporting, and supervision skills

• Proficiency in engineering tools and software

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• UAE residency preferred

• Age: 24–42 years
