Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Civil Project Engineer to manage and oversee construction and infrastructure projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in civil engineering across land development, utilities, or transportation sectors, with a strong command of engineering software and UAE regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects within defined timelines and budgets.

• Review architectural and engineering plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.

• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure quality and safety.

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with UAE building codes and safety regulations.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.

• Identify project risks, provide technical solutions, and prepare regular progress and cost reports.

• Utilize project management and engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM, and Primavera P6 for planning and execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus).

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in civil or infrastructure project management within the UAE or GCC.

• Certifications (Preferred): PE license, OSHA 30, PMP certification.

• Technical Proficiency: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, Primavera P6, BIM software.

• Key Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
