🔍 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Project Engineer to oversee and manage construction and renovation projects from start to finish. This role involves coordination with cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality project execution within budget.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction activities for on-time project delivery

• Interpret and implement civil/finishing specifications, drawings, and methodologies

• Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors; provide technical support

• Work closely with MEP and finishing teams to avoid rework and delays

• Conduct material inspections; prepare Material Approval Reports (MAR) and Material Inspection Reports (MIR)

• Monitor and inspect site work quality; document inspections

• Resolve construction-related issues on-site

• Develop project timelines and monitor daily progress

• Coordinate with QS and procurement teams for material sourcing

• Support budgeting efforts and verify contractor invoices and payments

• Ensure all work complies with UAE health and safety regulations

✅ Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years’ UAE experience in civil/renovation project execution and team coordination

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control

• Proficient in:

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • AutoCAD, Revit, BIM

  • Project Management Tools (Primavera or MS Project)

  • ERP/SAP systems
