Job Title: Civil/MEP Engineer

💰 Salary: Up to 20K AED all-inclusive (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Description:

✅ Project Oversight & Construction Management

• Supervise construction projects from start to finish, including new builds and renovations.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

✅ Regulatory & Compliance Documentation

• Handle permit approvals and documentation with local authorities such as DM, DCD, DDA, RAKEZ, and DED.
• Ensure projects comply with Dubai construction laws and safety regulations.

✅ Site Inspections & Quality Control

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and assess compliance with design specifications.
• Enforce health and safety protocols on-site.

✅ Technical Expertise & Design Review

• Review architectural and engineering drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
• Provide expertise in quantity surveying, structural calculations, and load scheduling.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Must hold a valid Engineering License and Dubai Municipality Certifications.

✔ Experience & Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within contracting or building consultancy in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, structural engineering, and project management.

✔ Other Requirements

• Valid UAE Driver’s License (for site visits and regulatory processing).
• Male candidates of Asian nationalities, up to 40 years old.
