Job Overview:

We are looking for a Civil Lab Technician to join our materials testing team in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or junior technicians with up to 3 years of experience to grow in the construction and geotechnical field. The role involves conducting various soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate tests in both lab and field environments under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Conduct material testing in compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, and other relevant standards
🔹 Perform on-site and lab tests for soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate samples
🔹 Accurately record and report test results with proper documentation
🔹 Assist in quality control procedures and collaborate with engineers on testing protocols
🔹 Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
🔹 Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the lab
🔹 Participate in field sample collection and inspections as needed

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related discipline
✔ Up to 3 years of relevant experience (freshers welcome to apply)
✔ Familiarity with construction materials testing and industry standards (ASTM/AASHTO)
✔ Good attention to detail, organizational, and reporting skills
✔ Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks independently or in a team
✔ Strong safety awareness and commitment to lab protocols
