Job Title: Civil Foreman 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to oversee daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have proven GCC experience, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of civil works, MEP, and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and manage on-site personnel, including subcontractors

• Interpret and implement project plans, blueprints, and technical specifications

• Allocate tasks, provide clear instructions, and ensure efficient workflow

• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager

• Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Identify and resolve site-related challenges quickly and effectively

• Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure proper usage and minimize waste

• Maintain accurate daily reports on site activities, manpower, and material usage

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of GCC experience (preferably UAE) as a Civil Foreman in the construction sector

• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety protocols

• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications

• Proven leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate teams

• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Familiarity with MEP and fit-out works

• Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred)

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or related field is an advantage
