We are looking for a Civil Engineer – Estimator with expertise in cost estimation and project management for civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling, and the ability to generate accurate project reports. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can handle estimations, site management, and resource planning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and BOQs for construction projects.

• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine accurate cost projections.

• Utilize 2D and 3D computer models to assess project feasibility.

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and engineers to ensure cost-effective planning.

• Monitor on-site activities and provide technical insights for construction efficiency.

• Generate clear, concise, and technically accurate project reports.

• Ensure all estimations comply with industry standards and local regulations.

• Manage human resources and material allocations to meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Previous experience in civil engineering project estimation and site management.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other estimation tools.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for cost-saving solutions.

• Excellent communication and project reporting skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
