KILONEWTONS is seeking a talented and experienced Civil Engineer to join its team in Dubai for a major Roads and Utilities infrastructure project. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting the Resident Engineer in managing daily site activities, ensuring quality standards, supervising construction, and coordinating technical operations in line with contract specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and deputize for the Resident Engineer as needed.

• Supervise construction and ensure work aligns with contract documents and quality standards.

• Review contractor submissions and issue site instructions.

• Monitor site safety practices, material quality, and workmanship.

• Check and measure completed work and maintain progress reports.

• Coordinate with site inspection staff and ensure accurate as-built drawings.

• Participate in contract administration and construction management tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• Minimum 5+ years of post-graduate experience in construction supervision of major roads and stormwater infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of contractual frameworks and site supervision best practices.

• Proficient in engineering and project management software; fully computer literate.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience working on infrastructure projects in Dubai is highly preferred.
