Job Title: Civil Engineer – Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer – Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budget management, procurement, and project tracking to ensure efficient execution of real estate development projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in AutoCAD to support project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
Oversee procurement processes, evaluate tenders, and manage contractor agreements.
Measure, track, and document project quantities to ensure accuracy in billing and adherence to project scope.
Collaborate with project teams to monitor progress and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Assist the executive team with meetings, reports, and maintaining project documentation.
Utilize AutoCAD (2D & 3D) for project planning; knowledge of Primavera is an added advantage.
Skills & Qualifications
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (with a valid civil engineering license).
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); knowledge of Primavera is a plus.
✅ Project Management: Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and contractor agreements.
✅ Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze and track project quantities, billing, and scope adherence.
✅ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Experience in real estate development or construction projects.

Nationality: Open to Filipina candidates.
Age: 30–40 years old.
Location: Dubai, UAE (must be a resident).
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Salary: Up to 20K AED (all-inclusive), depending on experience and qualifications.
