We are seeking a QA/QC Civil Engineer with a solid background in infrastructure and utilities to join our dynamic project execution team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in water pipeline networks, sewerage systems, and construction quality control processes in compliance with local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Planning: Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and method statements per regulatory and client standards.

• Site Supervision: Monitor and ensure quality compliance of construction activities, materials, and workmanship on-site.

• Inspection & Testing: Perform quality checks, material testing (e.g., backfill, HDPE/DI/GRP pipes), and welding/pressure tests for pipeline and utility installations.

• Non-Conformance Management: Identify and document NCRs, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily quality reports, inspection records, calibration logs, and material approvals.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party quality auditors to ensure project quality standards are met.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ASTM, BS/EN, and local authority standards (e.g., DM, DEWA, ADM).

Project Experience Required:

• Potable water and wastewater pipelines (HDPE, GRP, DI)

• Sewer and stormwater drainage systems

• Pumping stations, manholes, and chamber works

• Large-scale water tanks and reservoir construction

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

• Experience: 8+ years in infrastructure QA/QC roles across the UAE or GCC

• Certifications: ISO 9001:2015 QA/QC certification preferred

• Technical Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, QA/QC reporting systems

• Language: Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage)

• Other: Familiarity with local authority approval procedures is a plus
