Position Title: Civil Engineer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
Our client is a leading FMCG importer and exporter of fresh fruits and vegetables in the UAE, known for delivering premium-quality produce to both local and international markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the municipality approval process for a wide range of building projects, including residential, commercial, and storage structures.

  • Prepare and submit applications for municipality approvals and building permits.

  • Coordinate with municipal authorities, planning departments, and regulatory agencies to obtain approvals and resolve any issues or concerns.

  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure the timely submission of all required documentation and address any delays or concerns in the approval process.

  • Monitor the progress of the approval processes to ensure compliance with deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Open to Arabic nationalities, Male, 40 years old or below.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role with a strong focus on municipality approvals, permitting, and construction safety standards.

  • Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer or hold any related certifications.

  • Currently based in the UAE.

Salary Package:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
