Job Title: Civil Defense Coordinator 

Job Description:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Defense Coordinator to manage and streamline all Civil Defense-related processes, approvals, and inspections in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE fire safety regulations, and will play a key role in ensuring full compliance for all company projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle submission, tracking, and approval of all documentation required by Civil Defense authorities (DCD & ADCD) for project permits and inspections

• Coordinate with Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) and Abu Dhabi Civil Defense (ADCD) for site inspections, certifications, and permit renewals

• Ensure company operations are fully compliant with UAE fire and life safety regulations, including adherence to NFPA standards

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all permits, inspection reports, and compliance documentation

• Liaise with internal departments and government entities to schedule trainings, audits, and inspections

• Stay updated with regulatory changes and implement best practices for process optimization

Job Details:

• Position Title: Civil Defense Administrator

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Salary: Up to AED 8,000 per month + company car, fuel, and Salik allowance

• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Qualifications:

• Male, 40 years old or below

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in the fire protection industry

• Deep knowledge of firefighting systems, fire alarms, and life safety systems

• Familiarity with NFPA guidelines and UAE fire safety codes

• Must hold a valid UAE driving license
