Citi is seeking a Citigold Acquisition Team Analyst to join its Dubai office. This full-time role focuses on onboarding new-to-bank Citigold and Citigold Private clients, upgrading existing Citiblue clients, and meeting monthly acquisition targets. The role involves relationship management, client acquisition, and business development, helping Citi expand its high-net-worth client base.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new-to-bank Citigold clients in collaboration with the Acquisition Head and Branch Banking Staff.

Upgrade existing Citiblue customers to Citigold by increasing funding and deepening relationships.

Assist clients in opening Citigold accounts locally (UAE) or offshore (e.g., Singapore) per their preference.

Promote referrals from existing clients to generate new Citigold leads.

Engage with high payroll clients to convert them into funded Citigold accounts.

Conduct ‘Know Your Client’ updates for newly originated accounts.

Participate in micro-marketing events focused on new client acquisition.

Collaborate with product and telemarketing teams to identify initiatives that support acquisition goals.

Stay informed on economic conditions and capital markets to advise clients effectively.

Ensure compliance with Citi’s risk, KYC, and operational standards.
Qualifications & Skills:

Foundational knowledge of Citi Retail Bank’s structure, strategy, products, and target market.

Basic understanding of Citi Risk, KYC policies, and credit fundamentals.

Ability to develop commercial banking knowledge and learn new products quickly.

Strong client relationship and business development skills.

Embrace digital tools and technology to enhance client experience.
Experience:

3–5 years in direct sales, preferably within financial services.

Prior experience acquiring high-net-worth clients or handling investment products (mutual funds, insurance, equity, bonds) is preferred.

Relevant sales experience in real estate or asset management may also be considered.
