About the Role:
Huaxia Real Estate is seeking a Chinese Translator & Video Content Specialist to join our dynamic media and branding team. You will be responsible for translating content and creating high-quality videos to promote company initiatives and enhance the personal branding (IP) of top-performing agents. This is a hybrid role combining language skills with creative production expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate written and spoken content between Chinese and English for corporate communication, marketing, and video production purposes.

• Produce and edit short-form video content, including live streams, promotional clips, and branded personal content.

• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to understand video scripts and ensure cultural and contextual accuracy in translations.

• Operate video production equipment such as cameras, gimbals, and mobile devices.

• Guide on-camera talent during shoots and ensure content aligns with visual storytelling objectives.

• Perform basic video editing, color grading, and effects integration using software like PR, AE, CapCut, DaVinci, and PS.

• Support both indoor and outdoor shoots—UAE driving license is required.

Job Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese with conversational English.

• 1+ year of experience in short video production or live stream operations.

• Skilled in editing tools: Adobe Premiere (PR), Photoshop (PS), After Effects (AE), CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.

• Knowledge of social media video trends and platform algorithm rules (e.g., Douyin, TikTok, YouTube).

• Strong sense of aesthetics and basic graphic design proficiency.

• UAE driving license is a must (some projects require on-location filming).

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission.
