Job Overview:

Diamondlease is hiring a skilled Chiller Technician to support its facilities management division in installing, maintaining, and repairing chiller systems in commercial and industrial buildings. This is a hands-on technical role requiring expertise in HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and system diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, routine servicing, and repairs of commercial and industrial chiller units.

• Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize system reliability and lifespan.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.

• Collaborate with engineers to improve system efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

• Accurately maintain service logs and prepare detailed maintenance reports.

• Respond to urgent system failures or emergencies promptly and professionally.

• Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Assist in system upgrades and recommend improvements to enhance performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Chiller Technician or similar HVAC maintenance role.

• In-depth understanding of refrigeration cycles, chillers, and control systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, blueprints, and schematics.

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Team player with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

• Flexibility to work in shifts and attend emergency breakdowns.

• UAE driving license is a plus.

• Strong communication and proactive work ethic.
