Marriott International is hiring a Child Minder for Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark in Dubai. The role involves ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while supporting the resort’s recreation facilities. Candidates must be energetic, caring, and attentive to children’s needs, while also assisting in maintaining recreation and fitness areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage children in fun, safe, and age-appropriate activities.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety within recreation and fitness areas.

• Distribute lockers, towels, and amenities to guests.

• Provide information to guests about recreation facilities and available activities.

• Promote and enforce safety rules for guests’ welfare.

• Assist injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.

• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions promptly.

• Maintain professional appearance and uphold Marriott service standards.

• Support guests with disabilities and ensure all receive excellent service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• CPR and First Aid Certification (mandatory).

• Knowledge of fitness equipment handling.

• Any additional certifications required by UAE regulations.

• Ability to stand, walk, and carry out physical duties throughout shifts.

• Strong communication and guest service skills.

• Previous childcare or recreation experience is a plus but not mandatory.
