Reverse Psychology is seeking a motivated and experienced Child and Adolescent Psychologist to join its dynamic, multi-disciplinary team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site commission-based role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside leading clinicians in a purpose-renovated center in the heart of Dubai’s health district. Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic support to children and adolescents using various psychological models (CBT, EMDR, DBT, etc.).

• Collaborate with a diverse team of psychologists and therapists.

• Participate in internal referral management and client networking.

• Maintain ethical and professional standards as per UAE licensing requirements.

• Support and contribute to the well-being of the local community.

Skills Required:

• Master’s degree in an applied psychology field from an accredited institution (UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand).

• Minimum of several years of relevant clinical experience with children and adolescents.

• DHA/CDA license in Dubai (preferred) or eligibility to obtain it.

• Background in one or more therapeutic modalities (CBT, EMDR, DBT, Play Therapy, etc.).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
