Livbnb, a cutting-edge online booking platform, is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology vision, strategy, and execution. The CTO will oversee the architecture, development, security, and scalability of Livbnb’s web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. The role requires strong leadership, innovation, and hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and platform scalability to support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Define and implement Livbnb’s technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
🔹 Lead platform development for scalable, secure, and high-performance web & mobile applications.
🔹 Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering and product team.
🔹 Drive AI/ML innovations for smart recommendations, fraud detection, and dynamic pricing.
🔹 Oversee system performance, uptime, cybersecurity, and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR).
🔹 Establish coding standards, testing procedures, and CI/CD pipelines.
🔹 Work with executive leadership to shape the company’s vision into actionable tech plans.
🔹 Manage technical budgets, vendor relations, and third-party integrations.

Key Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role in a tech-driven company (preferably travel, e-commerce, or marketplaces).
✅ Expertise in web and mobile development (React, Flutter, Node.js, etc.).
✅ Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and scalable backend architectures.
✅ Experience with AI/ML-driven solutions for data analytics, fraud prevention, and user personalization.
✅ Knowledge of cybersecurity, GDPR, and secure payment systems.
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup.
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Experience scaling a tech platform from MVP to millions of users.
✔ Prior work experience with companies like Airbnb, Booking.com, or Expedia.
