The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is looking for a Chief Supervisor – UAEN to oversee technical support, infrastructure, and digital systems within the Automated Collection Systems Department. This full-time, on-site role involves system development, compliance management, risk assessment, and vendor coordination, ensuring seamless operations of nol digital payment systems and associated technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and lead Equipment Operational Data (EOD) management processes.
• Formulate and submit requests for proposals and tenders, evaluating vendors for nol systems contracts.
• Lead technical assurance activities, ensuring compliance with the Technology Governance Policy (TGF).
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues in production environments.
• Review and optimize collection systems, providing recommendations for future improvements.
• Support the design and implementation of nol solutions.
• Supervise system operational support activities, ensuring technical validity.
• Collaborate with departments to integrate smart applications and testing protocols.
• Identify project objectives, budgets, and implementation strategies.
• Plan technical activities and review disaster recovery/business continuity requirements.
• Ensure compliance with RTA Information Security policies, processes, and training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
• Knowledge in ITIL Foundation or similar frameworks.
• Expertise in professional project management.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.

Technical Competencies:
