Chief Recruiter (Fluent in Arabic) | Full-Time | Dubai

Job Description:
Trans Skills LLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and will play a key role in leading our recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs aligned with corporate goals.

• Develop clear candidate selection criteria to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.

• Lead sourcing activities across digital platforms, professional networks, and recruitment events.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, assessments, interviews, and selection.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to accurately evaluate candidate profiles and maintain candidate records.

• Design tailored interview questions based on job requirements to ensure top talent selection.

• Support internal nomination and promotion processes to encourage career development.

• Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, best practices, and legal recruitment standards.

• Attend career fairs, open houses, and community events to proactively attract high-quality candidates.

• Regularly review recruitment policies and establish operational hiring metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Participate in special projects and perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in transportation or related sectors.

• Proven ability to design efficient recruitment processes and evaluate hiring outcomes.

• Excellent knowledge of local labor laws, background checks, and document compliance procedures.

• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Must be fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
