They are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to oversee operations, financial performance, and strategic growth. The role requires a proven leader with deep knowledge of regional dynamics and iGaming expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end financial performance in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, driving revenue growth and cost control

• Lead operations, including local payment solutions, marketing strategies, and customer support

• Develop and manage affiliate and agent programs to drive user acquisition and market penetration

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize market-specific feature development

• Provide strategic insights and updates to executive leadership

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience with international betting, casino, or fantasy sports brands

• Deep understanding of the market dynamics and consumer behavior in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh

• Hands-on experience in grey markets, local payment ecosystems, affiliate acquisition, and regulatory frameworks

• Expertise in fraud/risk management, KYC/compliance, and complex payment systems (crypto experience a plus)

• Success in scaling acquisition through affiliate or agent models

• Experience in building support operations and retention strategies

• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai

• Familiar with the culture, languages, and customer habits of the target regions
