As COO, you will be the driving force behind Velexa’s operational engine — aligning onboarding, delivery, and customer success into a seamless, scalable ecosystem. You’ll lead multifunctional teams, architect world-class systems, and ensure clients are not only satisfied, but loyal and vocal advocates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute seamless client onboarding flows, from deal signing to successful delivery.

• Own and optimize the full operational lifecycle: strategy, execution, performance tracking, and iteration.

• Build scalable playbooks, delivery frameworks, and KPI dashboards that bridge sales and client success.

• Lead teams across operations, delivery, and customer experience — ensuring synchronized execution and high client satisfaction.

• Drive cross-functional alignment to reduce friction, boost retention, and enhance value delivery.

• Champion continuous improvement by translating feedback into innovation.

• Support high-stakes implementations for banks, brokers, and wealth managers with precision and speed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years in operations and customer success leadership, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or regulated digital finance environments.

• Proven experience with B2B onboarding and implementation in high-trust, compliance-heavy sectors.

• A strong track record of building scalable operational and customer success infrastructures.
