• A UAE-based digital asset platform is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its launch and long-term strategy. The company is preparing to launch a Centralized Exchange (CEX) and a Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization ecosystem, bridging traditional and decentralized finance through blockchain technology. The CEO will be responsible for driving growth, product innovation, business development, regulatory alignment, and leading the executive team to ensure the success of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the exchange and tokenization services.

• Lead institutional business development and strategic partnerships with crypto and traditional finance sectors.

• Ensure compliance with UAE and international virtual asset regulatory frameworks.

• Build and manage a high-performance executive team.

• Guide product innovation, particularly around tokenized assets and platform features.

• Act as the chief spokesperson for the company, representing it to investors, partners, and the public.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 7+ years in leadership roles within blockchain, digital assets, fintech, or capital markets.

• 3+ years in a C-level or executive strategy position.

• Proven experience in launching or scaling crypto exchanges or tokenization platforms.

• In-depth knowledge of tokenization models and trading platform integration.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like VARA, ADGM, MiCA, or equivalents.

• Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with the UAE/GCC crypto or fintech ecosystem.

• Experience in product development, liquidity strategy, or DeFi integration.

• Strong network within blockchain, investment, and regulatory communities.

• Advanced degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
