Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership aligned with the group’s long-term industrial vision.

• Oversee manufacturing operations ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.

• Drive regional market expansion, product innovation, and revenue growth.

• Develop a high-performance executive leadership team and manage large-scale operations.

• Optimize asset utilization, investment planning, and cost structures.

• Represent the organization in stakeholder, government, and strategic partner engagements.

• Ensure full compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience, with 7+ years in senior manufacturing leadership roles.

• Strong experience in scaling operations, revenue growth, and market entry.

• Deep knowledge of industrial manufacturing, operations, and supply chain.

• Proven ability to manage multi-site teams and deliver transformation.

• Experience in the GCC region (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman) is strongly preferred.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or relevant field; MBA preferred.

• Outstanding communication, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
