A leading company in the UAE is seeking an experienced CEO to drive business growth, lead high-performing teams, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-quality business strategies aligned with short-term and long-term goals.

• Lead and motivate teams to foster employee engagement and managerial excellence.

• Oversee business operations to ensure alignment with company strategy and mission.

• Make strategic investment decisions to drive profitability and business expansion.

• Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and uphold business ethics.

• Review financial and non-financial reports, identifying areas for improvement.

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

• Analyze challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive company growth.

• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as CEO or in a senior managerial role.

• Expertise in corporate finance, strategy development, and performance management.

• Strong understanding of business functions (Marketing, PR, Finance, etc.).

• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and leadership best practices.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.

• MSc/MA in Business Administration or a relevant field.
