Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to enhance market positioning.

• Operational Oversight: Oversee operations across trading, logistics, finance, and risk management.

• Market Expansion: Expand market reach by fostering and strengthening relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of executive leadership experience in commodity trading, with a preference for experience in coal or related sectors.

• Fluency in Russian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, International Trade, or related fields.

• Willingness to travel as required.
