🍽️ Role Overview:

As a Chef de Pass, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless delivery of dishes from kitchen to table. You’ll manage kitchen communications, oversee dish quality and timing, and help create a seamless, elevated dining experience.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all dishes are prepared and plated to meet Italian concept standards for quality, timing, and presentation

• Act as the bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house, facilitating smooth service and communication

• Inspect every dish before it is served, verifying taste, temperature, presentation, and portioning

• Coordinate course timing and service sequence, especially during high-volume shifts

• Support the culinary team during service to ensure consistency and efficiency

• Assist with organizing and maintaining cleanliness of the pass and plating area

🎓 Requirements:

• 2–3 years of UAE experience in a high-end Italian or 5-star kitchen

• Solid line-cooking background with experience in plating and kitchen coordination

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to perform under pressure during busy service periods

• Strong understanding of Italian cuisine and modern kitchen standards

• Must be currently based in the UAE
