📊 Financial Reporting & Compliance:

✅ Prepare & finalize Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Statements for steel manufacturing units in Africa.
✅ Ensure compliance with local financial regulations in Africa.
✅ Maintain accurate financial records and provide periodic reports.

🔍 Internal Audit & Financial Integrity:

✅ Conduct internal audits to identify discrepancies & prevent errors.
✅ Implement robust internal controls to prevent fraud & compliance risks.
✅ Maintain books as per international accounting standards.

🌍 Business Expansion & Compliance:

✅ Oversee company establishment, registrations & compliance in African markets.
✅ Manage bank account openings, tax registrations & business licenses.
✅ Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants & legal teams.

📈 Financial Analysis & Strategy:

✅ Analyze business models & assess financial feasibility.
✅ Conduct market research & financial due diligence.
✅ Provide strategic insights on pricing, cost structures & investments.

🏦 Accounting & Banking Operations:

✅ Manage cash flow, budgeting & forecasting.
✅ Ensure timely payments, bank reconciliations & compliance.
✅ Work closely with external auditors & tax consultants.

📝 Candidate Requirements:

✔️ Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
✔️ Experience: 5-7 years in financial accounting, business expansion, or internal audit (preferably in steel/manufacturing/international business).
✔️ Skills:

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation & internal audits.

• Experience with Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.

• Business acumen in evaluating financial strategies.
  ✔️ Added Advantage:

• Experience working in African markets & knowledge of local tax laws.
