Job Title: Chartered Accountant 

Job Description:

A leading trade company in Dubai is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with specialized knowledge of UAE corporate tax regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to join a growing organization and take charge of tax compliance, financial planning, and strategic advisory functions.

The ideal candidate will be a self-driven, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the UAE tax framework and experience handling corporate tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation, review, and timely submission of corporate tax returns and related filings in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date tax advisory to management regarding business transactions and investments.

• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to ensure full compliance with evolving tax laws.

• Maintain ongoing communication with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

• Monitor and interpret changes in UAE tax legislation, keeping the company informed and responsive.

• Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to optimize overall financial performance.

• Support the finance team in corporate reporting and internal process improvements.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in tax accounting or corporate finance (UAE experience preferred)

• Strong expertise in UAE corporate tax laws, FTA compliance, and reporting standards

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with multinational firms or tax consultancy is a plus
