Amazon is seeking an experienced Hub Channel Team Lead to drive innovation and execution in their fast-paced transportation network. The role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting safety improvements, managing performance, and coaching team members to meet operational KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational duties and deputize for the Operations Manager as needed.

• Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates to ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Monitor and coach team performance, working with departments to improve logistics processes.

• Interview candidates for associate roles and monitor workloads.

• Track and report site performance and metrics to assist the Operations Manager.

• Help train and mentor new Associates, resolving process-related issues as required.

• Flexibility to work in different shifts and do overtime when needed.

• Manage resourcing and productivity of the department, including training needs, absence management, and coaching.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience managing teams.

• Strong background in planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.

• Experience in logistics (preferred).

• Experience with data analysis (preferred).
