Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and certified Surf Instructor to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Surf Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting lessons for individuals and groups of varying skill levels. You will teach surfing techniques, ensure the safety and well-being of students, and create a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surfing lessons for individuals and groups with varying skill levels.
• Ensure students have the appropriate safety gear and understand safety protocols.
• Teach fundamental surfing techniques, including paddling, popping up, and riding waves.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer encouragement.
• Maintain a clean and organized teaching environment and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.

Requirements:

• Certified surf instructor with recognized qualifications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong physical fitness and proficiency in surfing.
• Experience in recreational or educational settings is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
