Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment and operations of a new luxury showroom in Dubai, including location setup, hiring, and coordination with service providers.

• Deliver an extraordinary client journey, ensuring each interaction — from introduction to final delivery — reflects the brand’s elite standards.

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance in-house team.

• Personally handle VIP clients, guiding them through their bespoke orders while cultivating lasting relationships.

• Strategically develop and enhance the brand’s image locally and on the international stage.

• Collaborate directly with the brand’s founder to shape and expand the brand vision and presence.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing high-end boutique or luxury retail operations.

• Fluency in both English and French is essential.

• Entrepreneurial drive and a self-starting attitude.

• Strong leadership skills with a results-oriented mindset.

• Confident in engaging with high-net-worth individuals and providing personalized luxury service.

• Based in Dubai or open to long-term relocation.
