This position is ideal for candidates with a strong sense of situational awareness and experience in monitoring surveillance systems. The CCTV Operator will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises by observing and reporting suspicious activities in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor multiple CCTV screens and alarm systems simultaneously
• Identify, investigate, and report security breaches or unusual behavior
• Record and store surveillance footage in accordance with company protocols
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of CCTV equipment
• Coordinate with on-ground security personnel and law enforcement when necessary
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar surveillance role
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, video management software, and control room operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused for extended periods
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
• Relevant certification in security or surveillance (preferred)
