Kitopi is looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Cashier to join its restaurant team in Sharjah. The role involves handling customer transactions accurately, maintaining a welcoming checkout environment, and ensuring smooth payment operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.

• Operate cash registers, scanners, and POS systems.

• Process cash, card, and mobile payments accurately.

• Issue receipts, refunds, or change as required.

• Maintain a clean, organized checkout counter.

• Balance cash registers at the start and end of shifts.

• Follow procedures for coupons, discounts, and loyalty programs.

• Assist with bagging orders and providing customer support.

• Report any suspicious activities or transaction discrepancies.

• Perform light stocking and housekeeping duties.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous cashier or customer service experience required.

• Basic math and computer literacy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.
