Dubai Holding Entertainment is hiring a Cashier for the Food and Beverage Operations at Real Madrid in Dubai. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurate cash handling, and supporting the smooth operation of F&B services. The position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong team spirit to ensure guests enjoy a high-quality entertainment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow proper cash handling procedures.

• Identify and meet customer needs, including those with special requirements.

• Provide products, services, and information promptly within set timeframes.

• Resolve customer dissatisfaction professionally following feedback/complaint procedures.

• Maintain high personal presentation standards in line with company grooming guidelines.

• Report any suspected theft or misuse of property to management immediately.

• Support colleagues to achieve team goals and offer assistance when required.

• Communicate with customers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.

• Carry out additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Secondary school or college education.

• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours.

• Strong cash handling skills.

• Ability to train, mentor, and support colleagues.

• Commitment to adhering to all HR policies and procedures.
