The role combines customer interaction, accurate order-taking, and payment processing while ensuring exceptional guest service in a wellness-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, reflecting SEVEN’s wellness-oriented ambiance.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting dietary preferences and restrictions.

• Provide detailed menu descriptions to guide guests in making informed choices.

• Confirm and repeat orders to ensure accuracy before processing.

• Handle payments through POS systems (cash, credit cards, and digital methods).

• Issue receipts and maintain transaction records.

• Perform end-of-shift reconciliation of cash and sales reports.

• Address guest inquiries regarding menu items, promotions, and wellness offerings.

• Resolve customer complaints or escalate to supervisors when necessary.

• Promote additional services or wellness menu items where appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cashier, order taker, or in hospitality/wellness industries.

• Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail in order-taking and payment processing.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced yet serene environment.

• Basic math and problem-solving skills.

• Female candidates only, preferably under 30 years of age.
