SEVEN, a wellness-focused hospitality brand in Dubai, is looking for a motivated and courteous Cashier cum Order Taker (Female) to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately taking food and beverage orders, processing various forms of payment, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. The role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to promote menu options and wellness offerings with clarity and warmth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests and maintain a welcoming atmosphere aligned with SEVEN’s wellness brand.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders while noting dietary restrictions or preferences.

• Clearly explain menu options, particularly wellness-centric items, to guide customer choices.

• Confirm and repeat orders for accuracy.

• Process transactions through POS systems, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.

• Issue receipts and maintain complete and accurate transaction records.

• Perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation and prepare sales reports.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding the menu, promotions, and services.

• Address customer concerns professionally or escalate them when needed.

• Promote wellness-related menu items and additional services when appropriate.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a cashier, order taker, or customer service representative in a hospitality or F&B setting is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with POS systems and basic cash handling.

• Calm, polite, and customer-focused demeanor.

• Interest in wellness or health-conscious living is a plus.

• Must be female (as specified by the employer) and currently residing in the UAE.

• Available for full-time, on-site work in Dubai.
