A new bakery concept in Dubai, opening in April, is hiring a Cashier to manage daily transactions, provide excellent customer service, and maintain an organized checkout area. Experience with Syrve POS is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
✔ Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems, ensuring seamless checkout experiences.
✔ Provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests.
✔ Maintain a clean and organized checkout counter.
✔ Handle customer inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
✔ Ensure accuracy in cash handling, change calculations, and receipts.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Experience: Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
✅ POS Knowledge: Familiarity with Syrve POS system is preferred.
✅ Customer Service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Math & Accuracy: Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
✅ Work Efficiency: Ability to manage high-volume transactions.
✅ Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
