The role involves managing customer transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions, including payments and issuing receipts.

Verify and adjust discrepancies in transactions and maintain balanced cash registers.

Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the front area.

Support team members as needed in daily operational tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in cash handling and balancing cash registers.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments.

Basic math skills and familiarity with payment processing systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.

Previous retail or similar experience is a plus.
