Job Title: Carpenter Supervisor

Job Description:
Interior Design Council is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role. As a new and growing company, we are looking for a dependable professional to manage daily carpentry operations across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture making, fit-outs, and carpentry tasks related to pest control and internal medicine spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate carpentry tasks across different locations.

• Manage a team of carpenters and ensure timely task distribution and execution.

• Collaborate with workers to ensure high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on all job sites.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory as needed for projects.

Job Type: Full-time
Location: On-site (Multiple Locations)
Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 per month

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years as a Carpenter Supervisor with experience in fit-outs, pest control, and related fields.
