OnTime Group is hiring a dedicated Caregiver to support our Homecare Doctor services. This role is essential in ensuring patients receive compassionate, personalized healthcare in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Homecare Doctor during patient assessments and follow-up visits

• Support patients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, meals, etc.

• Monitor patients’ health and report concerns to the Homecare Doctor

• Administer prescribed medications and ensure treatment compliance

• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients

• Maintain accurate patient records and care logs

• Ensure a clean, safe homecare environment

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for optimal care delivery

Requirements:

• Prior caregiving experience, especially in homecare or healthcare environments

• Education in nursing, healthcare, or a related field (preferred)

• Excellent communication and empathy skills

• Ability to follow care instructions and adapt to patient needs

• Strong critical thinking and health monitoring skills

• Reliable, organized, and committed to high-quality patient care

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays
