OnTime HealthCare Services, a trusted provider of medical staffing and home health solutions, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide long-term, personalized care for a patient based in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role is critical in enhancing the patient’s quality of life by addressing both physical and emotional well-being. Responsibilities:

• Assist the patient with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

• Monitor health status and report changes to healthcare professionals

• Administer prescribed medication and assist with physical therapy exercises

• Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging the patient in social and recreational activities

• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and comfortable living environment

• Accurately document care provided and any relevant observations

• Coordinate with family members and medical teams to ensure cohesive, quality care

• Always maintain the dignity, privacy, and comfort of the patient

Requirements:

• Proven experience in caregiving, especially for long-term or chronically ill patients

• Familiarity with basic healthcare practices and patient care standards

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Keen attention to detail and excellent observational abilities

• Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain composed under pressure

• Flexible schedule to meet patient needs

• Dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to care
