Job Overview:

Car Safe is looking for a Car Parking Coordinator to manage the storage and parking of luxury vehicles. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality handling of high-end vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Luxury Vehicle Parking & Storage

• Oversee the secure storage and parking of high-end vehicles.
• Ensure careful handling and protection of luxury cars.

✅ Customer Service & Client Assistance

• Maintain an up-to-date log of stored vehicles, including make, model, and special requests.
• Assist clients with vehicle inquiries and provide exceptional service.

✅ Maintenance & Safety Coordination

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to conduct regular vehicle inspections.
• Coordinate necessary servicing for vehicles as required.
• Work with security personnel to ensure the safety of vehicles and the facility.

✅ Compliance & Operations Management

• Follow local laws and best practices for vehicle storage and management.
• Utilize parking systems and management software where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Experience & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in Parking Management or Operations.
• Experience with parking systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle luxury vehicles with care.
• Familiarity with MS Office and parking management software is a plus.

✔ Work Ethic & Professionalism

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations efficiently.

✔ Mandatory Requirement

• UAE Driving License is required.
